So, Brian made it safely to his final deployed location a couple weeks ago. He is supposed to be sending me photos from that nice digital camera that I purchased before he left, BUT he forgot to pack the cord that goes from the camera to the computer! We've tried to skype a couple of times, but he just doesn't have a very good internet connection. From what I have been able to see on skype, he is sporting that nasty mustache that totally grosses me out. He does, however, have a BX, pizza hut, dairy queen, private room, fitness center, and a burger king. Ha, and you thought he was going to be roughin' it!
Before he left the states, his family was able to spend several days with him. They even went to an Italian restaurant and ordered the tiramisu. Of course, tiramisu is my fave dessert which should explain the dessert photo with a card that says "for Katie".

Too bad the skype thing isn't working...Kimberly and Tillman have it an have tried to video chat with mom and dad - scary!
