A Georgia Peach Returns
Our days here in Guam are numbered. Since we got orders on Thursday, a mad rush has started to get everything finished before we leave this coming Saturday. There is just not going to be enough time to say goodbye or thank everyone here.

Earthquake - 5.4
We haven't had an earthquake in a long time. Friday afternoon, we had a 5.4. I was in the car at a stop light, and the car started bouncing back and forth! No damage reported here on Guam.
WW II Tour
Brian and I have been meaning to go on this WW II tour on Guam the entire time we've been here. It is offered once a month, and we have just not made time for it over the last 3.5 years. Finally, we went on the tour a couple of weeks ago and here are some photos:

NEWS FLASH!!!
Some things are going to be changing in our house! Brian has to be in Korea around the first of June, so we've decided to move me back to Savannah in mid-May. Then if everything goes smoothly, we'll also be parents on or around October 14!!! We are a little anxious that Brian will be in Korea for a year, but we are excited for our family to grow! HAPPY EASTER!

THE ASSIGNMENT IS IN!!!
The assignment that we got was totally not on our radar: Brian will be moving to South Korea to do a year-long unaccompanied tour. This means that I am not allowed to go! We are a little bummed but glad that it will only be for a year. On the upside, Brian will get credit for a deployment while in Korea...so one less deployment to Afghanistan. I do have a lot of questions regarding what happens to me while Brian is there, so stay tuned for what I plan to do during the year while he is gone. My options are basically to stay in Guam (which is only a 4 hour flight from Korea, move to the next assignment (which has not been worked on yet), or move back to good old Savannah...
